Stories don't play when I arrive

• Allow location access "Always" in Settings → Sori → Location, so stories play with the screen off.
• You can always tap a numbered stop on the map to play it.

Are the walks free?

Every walk and every story is free in the app. No purchase is needed.

Refunds

Refunds for past purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Bukchon visiting hours

Part of the Bukchon walk passes a residential area open to visitors only 10:00–17:00. Please keep your voice down in the alleys — people live here.
